Mindful Art Making: Creative Tools For Navigating Life & Self Discovery
This a workshop devoted to insight, suggestions, practices, and supplies for establishing your own creative wellness practice.
Creativity has the ability to bring the internal to the external. It provides a safe space for self discovery, reflection, amplifying joy, and nurturing one's well being.
This workshop will leave you feeling empowered knowing you have the ability to support yourself in a variety of ways. I've spent months compiling my own creative experiences, training, and newly formed insight. I believe in the potential of this workshop and the possibilities it holds. It's a true catalyst for connecting to yourself in a deeply intimate way. When we're grounded within ourselves, we're more capable of embodying our truest expression.
